Consolidated Mutual Group Principal Dack Patriarca

An accomplished commercial real estate investor, Dack Patriarca joined West Palm Beach, Florida’s Consolidated Mutual Group, LLC, in 2003. Dack Patriarca oversees off-market commercial real estate and private placement investments as principal at the diversified investment firm.

Mr. Patriarca has extensive experience in due diligence and pre-onboarding analysis as well as independent consulting. He oversees deal procurement, selection, and execution for investments in 12 states.

He holds a bachelor of science in construction management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. A 3rd generation licensed rotorcraft, fixed wing and seaplane pilot he is a life member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. Mr. Patriarca is a member of the Explorers Club, a professional society committed to advancing field research. Dack has traveled to over 50 countries, for pleasure research and conservation.

In addition, Mr. Patriarca supports local arts, culture, civic and conservation groups such as the Norton Museum of Art’s Emerging Collectors Council, the Ann Norton Sculpture Garden, and the Palm Beach Photographic Centre, The Fund for West Palm Beach and The Everglades Foundation among other community affiliations. In his free time, he enjoys adventure traveling, sailing, skiing and scuba diving with his wife Hilary Ann Jordan Patriarca and their two children.
